The purpose of this study was to study the impact of strategic innovation on the Customer’s Willingness to Buying Through the moderator role of innovation capabilities. The research method is descriptive correlational. The statistical population of the research was all employees and customers of the Maskan bank of Ilam city, whose number in year 2017 was 90  and unlimited. Also The sample size was 73 and 384, which was used  to obtain of them a stratified random sampling and Morgan table. To assess validity, content validity was used which was approved by 8 professors in the field of management. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to investigate the reliability of the research, The alpha coefficient for all variables and dimensions was higher than 0.9 which indicates a high reliability of the questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics using pls and spss software. In order to test the hypotheses, partial Least squares analysis was used, That Confirmatory factor analysis was performed on questionnaires and all questions had a factor load above 0.5 and significant values higher than 1.96. In the end, according to the statistical results, all the assumptions were confirmed, meaning that strategic innovation and its indicators on the on Customer’s Willingness to Buying, Through the moderator role of innovation capabilities had a significant effect. The aim of this study is to evaluate The impact of technological innovation capabilities on innovation performance in Knowledge-Based Firms. The population in this study was manager and employee of  Knowledge-Based Firms in Science and Technology Park of Tehran University and the sample size was 126 patients that to obtain this sample size random sampling method is used. The data collection tool in this study was a standard questionnaire and for reliability Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used. Present study is an applied research in terms of purpose and in terms of data collecting way it is considered as a descriptive survey. Structural equations modeling was used for examining of considered model. Finding in this paper show strategy planning, R&D, resource allocation, Marketing and learning capabilities can significantly improve the innovation. R&D and resource allocation capabilities can also significantly improve new product introduction. While Manufacturing and Organizing capability is not affect significantly on innovation performance in Knowledge-Based Firms in Science and Technology Park of Tehran University. Manuscript profile

Firms try to increase their innovative performance to survive in a turbulent market and improve their competitive position. Combining these efforts does not necessarily lead to profit and increase their market share. To understand this shortcoming, researchers look at the factors that affect innovation performance and how to measure it. However, the subject that needs to be addressed is the firm's innovative behavior, which can affect innovation performance. By borrowing from the concept of dynamic capabilities, the present study has tried to classify the possible types of capabilities to create new products, services, and processes into three general categories: innovation capabilities, collaboration-based capabilities, and complementary capabilities, and by presenting different hypotheses for the effectiveness of these capabilities. Test the firm in innovative performance. For this purpose,180 questionnaires were distributed among firms to report the number of new products/services, the number of new processes, their financial performance, and the types of measures taken in their field of innovation from 1392 to 1394. After confirming their validity and reliability and creating structural equations using the partial least squares (PLS) method, results showed that innovation capabilities and collaboration-based capabilities significantly positively affect innovation performance. Also, research and development, training of human resources, design, collaborative research and development, and purchase of technical knowledge have significant path coefficients in the resulting PLS model and significantly affect innovation. In addition, the purchase of machinery and tools only significantly affects the creation of innovation. Manuscript profile
